Q: How long does it take for me to get my gift certificate?
A: You will receive your gift certificate within two working days (Monday through Friday) from the time payment is received. If you need it faster, you should contact our customer service department. We will do our best to accomodate you if at all possible.

Q: How will I receive my gift certificate?
A: You will receive your gift certificate at the e-mail address you provide above. We do not send them through postal mail. It's up to you to print it out if you want it printed. We send you instructions for printing it as well as e-mailing it, so you can choose how you'd like to deliver it to the recipient.

Q: Do gift certificates ever expire?
A: Yes. Gift certificates expire 10 years from the date of purchase. We sincerely hope that the recipient will find the perfect shirt by then.

Q: Are gift certificates refundable?
A: No. We can't give you a refund. But, if you need to, we can help you "re-gift" the gift certificate. Say you buy a gift certificate for your brother and he says, "These shirts suck! I don't want anything from here. It's the sort of stuff Steve would wear!". All you have to do is get in touch with us and we'll re-issue the gift certificate in Steve's name.

Q: How are gift certificates redeemed?
A: When you add an item to the cart, you'll see a box that says "Redeem Gift Certificate". Just punch the gift certificate code in that box and the balance will be applied to your purchase.

Q: What if I don't spend it all at once?
A: No problem. Your purchases will be deducted from the balance of your gift certificate until it is used up.

Q: How do I check the balance of my gift certificate?
A: We don't have an automated system in place yet. But, we're more than happy to look it up for you if you will just contact our customer service department.
