SHIPPING --

We ship Fed Ex Home or Ground depending on whether you give us a residential or commercial address for delivery.  Unfortunately, at this time we are only shipping T-shirts within the United States.  Please allow up to to two weeks for shipment.  Because we offer so many designs in all the sizes the manufacturers make it's impossible to keep them all in stock.  Some items will ship within 5 days, some will have to be Special Ordered and can take up to two weeks to ship plus the time Fed Ex takes to get them to you.  But if we didn't do it this way, then you would have a much smaller selection of shirts to buy!  Thanks for understanding our time constraints. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION --

Shop Sub Rosa has its own Merchant Account and accepts Visa and MasterCard.  Please note that the charge will appear on your next credit card statement as "SHOPSUBROSA.COM, INC. RENO NV 877-720-2100". 

We also accept PayPal which offers Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and e-check payments.   You don't need to have a PayPal account to use their service.

RETURNS --

Tshirts are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.  All items must be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange.  Packages must be sent either Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS Priority or Express Mail and they must be insured.   NO CASH REFUNDS.  All refunds will be issued back through the original form of payment.
